The Danish National Archives’ research covers primary research into the history of Denmark and also research in working with archives and digital archiving. The results are presented in the annual research report.
The Danish National Archives also has a number of associated researchers who work with various historical subjects and issues. The research is characterised by its large chronological and thematic scope: it includes everything from research into the middle ages to modern times, up to and including studies of quantitative, demographic studies and cultural history studies, etc.
